What happened
Waitrose & Partners is recalling Waitrose N°1 Charentes Butter Croissants, packs of 2 units because they have been filled with an incorrect product which contains soya that is not declared on the label. This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to soya.
Official consumer advice
If you have bought the above product and have an allergy to soya, do not eat it. Instead contact Waitrose customer service on 0800 188 881, Option 4 to arrange a refund. If customers are making an essential trip to a Waitrose store they can return the item in-store for a full refund.
