GF Blends recall: All purpose flour, bread mix, flat bread pizza mix
GF Blends is recalling Truly AIP All Purpose Flour and Bread Mix and EAT G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. Flat Bread Pizza Mix listed below due to potential undeclared wheat gluten. People who have celiac disease or a severe gluten intolerance run the risk of adverse health effects or allergic reactions if they consume these products.
What to do
Consumers who have celiac disease or a severe wheat gluten intolerance should not consume the recalled products. Product should be returned to the place of purchase for a full refund or discarded. GF Blends has notified our customers by email and phone and is arranging for replacement of all recalled products. Consumers with questions may contact GF Blends at 509-375-0909 from Monday – Friday, 8 am to 4 pm PT or recall@gfblends.com .
